What you need to know about doing business with Beemoved.com


These are the Terms and Conditions to which you agree by using the Beemoved.com service.

General

  1. The role of Beemoved.com is solely to provide a means of introducing customers and suppliers to each other. While every effort is made to establish the bona fides of suppliers who register with this service, no responsibility can be accepted for any transaction which may follow. All transactions are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. All quotes supplied through the Beemoved.com service are intended as a guide only and are based on information entered by the customer and as such are subject to revision once the customer`s requirements have been fully established and evaluated by a supplier.
  3. The Beemoved.com service may be revised at any time without notice.

Customers

  1. We will process all information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (our registration number is Z1117491) and it will be treated as private and confidential now and in the future. The only exceptions to this will be when the law requires us to disclose information or, with your consent, where disclosure is necessary when arranging or servicing your requirements. To fulfill our regulatory obligations, we will retain copies of your records for no longer than is necessary or for the duration of any contract you may enter into. The information submitted on this site will be used for the purpose that you have agreed to. You have a right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold on you in return for the payment of a £10 fee, and to require us to correct any inaccuracies in the personal data.
  2. By entering your details into a Beemoved.com enquiry screen you agree that this information can be passed to suppliers registered with the Beemoved.com service.
  3. Beemoved.com will never pass your details to other parties nor use this information for advertising or related purposes.

Suppliers

  1. While every effort is made to ensure that the service is always available, essential technical and maintenance constraints may mean that availability is less than 100%. No claims for compensation for actual or dependent losses caused by an interruption to the service or any variation or discontinuation of the service will be considered.
  2. Customer contact details supplied via Beemoved.com should be regarded as confidential and must not be passed to third parties nor used for advertising, marketing or related purposes without the customer's permission.
  3. A supplier may be removed from this service at any time without notice.
